IMMIGRANT DAY F4C is pleased to announce its fourth year of supporting leaders from immigrant, refugee, and border-based organizations in San Diego to participate in Immigrant Day in Sacramento, May 19th, 2014.
Working with our local allies, F4C will assist organizations from these communities in together preparing, attending, participating and following-up on this powerful day of advocacy and education in Sacramento. Leaders from San Diego will arrive in Sacramento as a united voice for change, will be equipped to engage in dialogue with elected officials, and will share real-life stories about the impacts of legislation on local immigrant communities.
The San Diego delegation to Immigrant Day is made possible through a partnershipbetween the F4C, the Interfaith Center for Worker Justice (ICWJ), and The California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC).
We are grateful to The California Wellness Foundation for their support of this initiative. You too can make a difference: please join the Foundation for Change in supporting immigrant leaders for change!
