F4C Focus
San Diego is emerging as a progressive political and cultural metropolitan center, and all the more so when it is rightly considered in light of its relationship with its sister city, Tijuana. The changing demographics that we see all around us, coupled with San Diego’s location on the US-Mexico border, represent opportunity at every turn.
Across the past five years F4C has awarded over $1 million in grants to over 50 organizations working with San Diego’s changing demographic populations. By bringing our grantees together for networking, leadership development and collective action and advocacy, and by working together with our many partners and allies, we are helping to affect a fundamental political and cultural shift in the San Diego-Tijuana region.
